Club logos and player names are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and entertainment purposes only. Kickle is not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, or any football club or league.

6. User Content

Any content you submit (profile bio, avatar, display name) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it as part of the Service. You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that player data will always be accurate or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kickle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
